What is the difference between the round and irregular shape?
The round charm is a classic, symmetrical 1.5cm circle. The irregular charm is a modern, organic free-form shape. Both carry the same engraving, so choose the one that suits your style.
Will it fit my wrist?
Very likely. The chain is 14cm with a 5cm extender, so it fits wrists from about 12cm to 18cm. Measure your wrist with a soft tape if you are unsure.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face looks toward the camera. Because the charm is small, a close-up works best. We send a design proof for your approval before we begin.
Can I engrave something on the back?
Yes. The front carries your pet’s portrait, and the back can be engraved with a name, dates or a short message. Enter it on this page when you order, and you will see it on your proof.
Will the engraving fade over time?
The portrait is laser-engraved into the metal rather than printed on the surface, so it is made to hold up to everyday wear. To keep the finish looking its best, take the bracelet off for swimming, hot tubs and harsh chemicals.
Can I see the design before it is engraved?
Yes. We email a digital proof within 2 business days of your order, and we only start engraving once you approve it.
How long does delivery take?
After you approve the proof, we need 3-5 business days to make your bracelet. Delivery times then vary by region: US/Canada & Europe 10-20 business days, Australia/NZ 10-20, Middle East 10-18, other regions 15-25. Shipping is free.
