At The Pet Keepsake, we aim to get your custom memorial to you as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
1. Processing & Crafting Time
Design proof: Once we receive your order and custom photo, we will send a design proof within 2 business days.
Crafting: After you approve the design, it takes 1-2 business days to complete the engraving and prepare your order for shipment. (Weekends and holidays are excluded).

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time for your region (see the table above), please contact us at info@thepetkeepsake.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
