To measure, wrap a strip of paper or a soft tape around the base of your finger and note the length in mm. If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, use the larger measurement.

What is the difference between the Heart Ash Holder and the Round Signet?
The Heart Ash Holder has a small, hidden screw-off chamber on the underside, so you can keep a pinch of ashes or a tuft of fur inside. The Round Signet is a solid piece of metal with no chamber, a sleek, classic look. Both carry the same photo engraving.
How do I know what ring size to order?
Measure your finger circumference in mm at the base of the finger, using the larger measurement if your knuckle is bigger, then match it to the size table above (for example, size 6 is 50.2mm). Our rings are fixed sizes and cannot be resized after crafting.
How much ash does the heart ring hold?
A very small pinch. It is made to keep a symbolic portion close, not all of your pet’s ashes. Our guide on how to put ashes in jewelry shows how to fill it neatly.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes, it is designed for daily wear. Because hands meet water, soap and knocks all day, take it off for swimming, heavy cleaning and the gym. For the Heart Ash Holder, avoid soaking it so the chamber closure stays in good condition.
Will the engraving fade over time?
The portrait is laser-engraved into the metal rather than printed on the surface, so it is made to hold up to everyday wear. Wipe the ring with a soft cloth to keep the finish looking its best.
Can I see the design before it is engraved?
Yes. We email a digital proof within 2 business days of your order, and we only start engraving once you approve it.
How long does delivery take?
After you approve the proof, we need 3-5 business days to make your ring. Delivery times then vary by region: US/Canada & Europe 10-20 business days, Australia/NZ 10-20, Middle East 10-18, other regions 15-25. Shipping is free.
