What can the capsule hold?
A small pinch of cremation ashes, a tuft of fur or a small baby tooth. It is a keepsake for a symbolic portion, not for all of your pet’s ashes. Our guide on how to put ashes in jewelry shows how to fill it neatly.
Is it durable enough for daily use?
It is made from 316 titanium steel with a sturdy keyring, so it suits car keys, bags and backpacks. Keys and bags knock around, so over time normal wear can leave light marks, as with any metal keychain.
Can it get wet?
A little rain or a splash is fine. To keep the closure and your keepsake safe, avoid soaking it or washing it, and wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
Will the engraving fade over time?
The portrait is laser-engraved into the metal rather than printed on the surface, so it is made to hold up to everyday use.
Can I engrave something on the back?
Yes. You can add your pet’s name, dates or a short message on the back of the pendant. Enter it in the customization fields when you order and it will appear on your proof.
Can I see the design before it is engraved?
Yes. We email a digital proof within 2 business days of your order, and we only start engraving once you approve it.
How long does delivery take?
After you approve the proof, we need 3-5 business days to make your keychain. Delivery times then vary by region: US/Canada & Europe 10-20 business days, Australia/NZ 10-20, Middle East 10-18, other regions 15-25. Shipping is free.
