The round pendant opens to hold a small pinch of your pet’s cremation ashes, a lock of fur, or a dried flower, and the front is laser-engraved with a portrait made from your own photo.
Every necklace is made to order in 316 titanium steel and comes in two pendant sizes (1.5cm and 2.0cm) and three finishes: silver, gold and rose gold. How do I put ashes into the necklace?
Unscrew the top, use the small funnel and filling pin included with your order to transfer a pinch of ashes (or a lock of fur), then screw the top back on. Our step-by-step guide on how to put ashes in a necklace walks through it.
How much ash does the necklace hold?
A small pinch. It is designed to keep a symbolic portion close to you, not all of your pet’s ashes. The 2.0cm pendant has a little more room than the 1.5cm.
Can I use fur instead of ashes?
Yes. The same space holds a small lock of fur, dried flowers, or a combination of fur and ashes.
Will it turn my skin green or tarnish?
316 titanium steel is hypoallergenic and rust-resistant, so it is made not to tarnish or discolor skin with normal wear. To keep the finish and the closure in good condition, take it off for swimming, hot tubs and cleaning with harsh chemicals.
Which size should I choose, 1.5cm or 2.0cm?
The 1.5cm is delicate and subtle for everyday wear. The 2.0cm gives the portrait more surface area, so fine detail shows more clearly, and it has a little more room inside.
Can I see the design before it is engraved?
Yes. We email a digital proof within 2 business days of your order, and we only start engraving once you approve it.
How long does delivery take?
After you approve the proof, we need 3-5 business days to make your necklace. Delivery times then vary by region: US/Canada & Europe 10-20 business days, Australia/NZ 10-20, Middle East 10-18, other regions 15-25. Shipping is free.
