Can I engrave something on the back?
Yes. The front carries your pet’s portrait, and the back can be engraved with a name, dates or a short message. Enter it on this page when you order, and you will see it on your proof.
Will the engraving fade over time?
The portrait is laser-engraved into the metal rather than printed on the surface, so it is made to hold up to everyday wear. To keep the finish looking its best, avoid swimming, hot tubs and harsh chemicals, and wipe it with a soft cloth.
How big is the pendant and how long is the chain?
The pendant is a 1.8cm square. The box chain is 50cm with a 5cm extender, so you can wear it at about 50cm to 55cm.
Can I see the design before it is engraved?
Yes. We email a digital proof within 2 business days of your order, and we only start engraving once you approve it.
How long does delivery take?
After you approve the proof, we need 3-5 business days to make your necklace. Delivery times then vary by region: US/Canada & Europe 10-20 business days, Australia/NZ 10-20, Middle East 10-18, other regions 15-25. Shipping is free.
